Returns Policy

At Hangit, we have made it our mission to give you a wide collection of hammocks and swings at unbelievable prices! We want to make your Lawn & Garden a fabulous place to relax and we are committed to doing everything possible to do so! If you do not like a product, we will be glad to accept it back within 15 days of delivery– unused and in its original packing. You can initiate a return by 3 ways:

- Calling our customer care no. +91 978999094 (OR) +91 9842977867 during weekdays at 10 AM - 7 PM

- Simply go to ‘Returns’ tab in the footer and write your return needs.

Conditions for cancellation of booked order:

- A cancellation of any product purchased at hangit.co.in is possible only till the item is shipped from our warehouse (or) Within 24 hrs of order placement, whichever is earlier. In case you want to   cancel a purchase immediately once you had paid for it, please contact our customer care at above mail id or phone numbers to assist with you and confirm the cancellation.

- No cancellations are possible once the order is shipped out. In case of any exception, at sole discretion of Hangit.co.in, two-way shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

- In case where the payment is made through CC Avenue payment gateway, Hangit.co.in will intimate CC Avenue of the order cancellation and get confirmation of the cancellation from Gateway. The paid amount will be re-credited automatically to the buyer’s account on authorization of CC Avenue which will normally happen within a week’s time.

Conditions for product return:

- Returns for our products will be accepted in case of Damaged/ Defective products. Refund will be provided only in case replacement for the same product is not available

- Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged/ Defective product maximum within 48 hours of delivery

- Please do not accept any products with damaged/ tampered packaging (excludes normal wear & tear and markings on the outer surface of the package, acceptable in the transit process)

- Products/ Items should be UNUSED

- Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices

- It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of goods in transit

- Any products damaged post delivery to customer, shall not be accepted for return

- In case of any missing hardware in the package that are mentioned in the product specification, please bring to our attention within 48 hours of delivery. Hangit.co.in will take complete responsibility and cost involved in sending the missing hardware to the customer’s address as soon as possible.

Refunds:

For Order Cancellation - refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

For Product Returns - Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of the product to Hangit.co.in, provided goods are received in acceptable condition.

Refund method will be based on the mode of order payment, as follows-

- Orders paid for through credit/ debit card will be refunded back to the credit/ debit card

- Orders paid for through net banking accounts will be credited back to the bank account

- Orders paid for through Hangit.co.in Gift Certificates/ Vouchers will be refunded in form of a fresh Gift Certificate/ Voucher of the same value

- Orders paid for through other modes of payment will be refunded either through an account payee cheque in the customer's name (as given in "billing name" at time of purchase), or an online transfer via NEFT to customer's bank account.

Please follow up with your respective bank/ card issuer post completion of refunds process by Hangit, to check on reflection of funds in your account. In case of cheque refunds, additional time may be required to ship the cheque to the customer.
